Media Release: 2016 Cronulla Pre-WWII Vintage Car & Bike Show

Cronulla's Pre-WWII Vintage Car & Bike Show set for Sunday 20th March 2016

Oh yes, it's back ... Event Organiser and vintage car enthusiast, Ken Warburton promises that the 2016 Pre-WWII Vintage Car Show will be bigger and better than the 2015 Show.

Event Organiser, Ken Warburton
announces an expanded Show for 2016
After the outstanding success of the March 2015 Vintage Car Show in the Cronulla Mall, Ken says the 2nd Annual Show will now expand to include a display of 20 Pre-WWII Vintage motor bikes.

The March 2015 Show attracted more than 20,000 locals, visitors & tourists and was organised by the Sylvanvale Foundation and the Cronulla Rotary Club and was supported by the Sutherland Shire Council.

The community-based charity event raised more than $12,000 for Sylvanvale.

The last show in March 2015, featured a classic mix of 45 Pre-WWII vintage cars on static display in the Cronulla Mall.

Sunday, 20th March, 2016 will see the Cronulla Mall come alive with automobile nostalgia as at least 50 pre-WWII immaculately restored vintage cars and vehicles will take pride of place alongside the addition of 20 vintage motor-bikes on static display.

The heart of the Cronulla CBD is the Cronulla Street Mall, situated by-the-sea, offering a wide selection of shops, restaurants and cafes adjacent to the car displays.

There will also be themed market stalls on the day and live music, including bands and free entertainment on the main undercover stage and throughout the mall.

Mr Warburton said it will a great fun day out for the entire family.
